ቀልጣፋ ከሙስና የጸፀዳና ግልፅ ገቢ አሰባሰብ ሥርዓት ዘርግቶ ገቢን ማሳደግና ከተለያዩ ለጋሽ ድርጅቶች እርዳታ በመፈላለግ ከተማን የመሠረተ ልማት አውታሮችን በማስፋፋት ግልፅኝነትና ተጠያቂነት የሰፈነበት ዘመናዊ ቴክኖሎጂ የታገዘ ፈጣን ለባላሀበብት ማህበረሰቡ ምቹ እና በቂ የሥራ ቦታ ማመቻቸት ችግሮችን መፍታት፡፡
